Extremely low risk of a R/S too.
A Company looking to come in sees that big fat A/S to help fund its story.

And look at the dollar volume on those two days of .80 and .50
1.5mm shares snd 500k volume days. Not really large for an under the radar Shell play. It’s my favorite snd most frustrating Play.
This thing will explode with the right string of updates.
