I'd be happy with 20 Cents . I fully realize there are tons of potential delays with these reverse mergers but it is getting to the point now where It's legitimate to become more and more skeptical. I would feel more at ease if I could get actual financial statements from the Merging companies as to their Actual revenues, Costs, liabilities at cetera.

I'll just have to put my mind at ease knowing that nobody would ever try to do a scam on an OTC defunct company ;)
