At 10,000,000 assuming a market cap = to 3 times revenues we have a 30,000,000 market cap. with 2,265,000,000 O/S this means a pps of 1,3 cents.

On the same basis your other extreme of 40,000,000 in revenues, pps would be 5,2.

Middel point is: 3,25. (Market cap of 73,000,000 and year revenue of $25,000,000.

Many ways to arrive at 3 + ou - but so many factors are unknown or undefined (manipulation, uplisting, expansion of facilities, acquisitions, ...).
