Does HGEN drug save a 100% of patients or do some die after taking

I don't claim that every patient that took lenzilumab and lived was saved by it. Lenzilumab's trial had 54% efficacy on the whole trial. The mortality benefit on the whole trial was 31%. Not 24% on a 16% slice. Leronlimab's mortality benefit of 24% would be completely gone if 2 more placebo patients had lived instead of passed away. That is what happens when you only look at a small 62 patient slice of a trial of 393 patients.
