Rydehails LLC is based out of and headquartered in New York. According to the Wyoming state website, it appears that they didn't file their annual tax return on March 11, 2021, which if correct, can easily be fixed.

More importantly, Rydehails LLC is only domicled/registered in Wyoming, as NSAV is in Colorado. Rydehails LLC does no business in Wyoming and therefore is not required to pay tax in Wyoming. Rydehails owes no tax to the state of Wyoming.

Rydehails LLC 's good standing can clearly be seen on the Wyoming website. There is nothing for any NSAV shareholder to be concerned about at all. I can personally assure all of you of that.

The Wyoming states website is a bit misleading and confusing & I will explain. While Rydehails LLC is listed as delinquent and inactive by the Wyoming tax authorities. the company is listed in good standing and active by the division of corporations and that is the most important

There was however, a bit of confusion over Rydehails LLC's status in Wyoming. I would like to take a few minutes to clear that up if I may. The Wyoming Secretary of States office lists Rydehails LLC as delinquent & inactive due to failure to file its state tax return on March 11
