Lol I just couldn’t help putting that at the end. Lol just in case I understood it wrong. But for the most part I think I’m right. And yes the price does have to hold while they dilute the stock. Basically the higher the o/s the more shares you get for your preferred shares. I stated that awhile ago. But I’m almost sure they do become non accessible after the conversion. You’ll have to talk to your broker when it’s all said and done and the shares are in your account.
