I expressed a collection of thoughts from the board, and generally what everyone is thinking. They need to learn to take constructive criticism. It’s rare I ever get an email back on ones like that so I’m not expecting anything or maybe a one sentence reply if anything. But my goal is to put the idea in their heads with out bearing them up at the same time.
