It’s an OTC-wide P&D, nothing new. These have occurred repeatedly since the end of last year. The upcoming implementation of amended SEC Rule 15c2-11 will require disclosure to OTC Markets by June 30th, and that all companies quoted must disclose current information on a continuous basis, effective September 28, 2021.
The “CATV management” rumor was false as well, just another way to sell shares.
