Bridgett, If Jeff handed in his resignation to Otto he is resigned, it is then up to Otto to file with the SEC but Jeff's resignation is not contingent on Otto's filing. Look up the law before you comment. How is your XLPI

I would think whomever was in charge of the company once JB resigned would be responsible for following up with the SEC.
