Interesting re-read: if you look at a recent tweet, they said “a huge deal was just completed and hinted it was ATM related”. The key words stated it was deal. To me, a deal is not even close to the ATM announcement of today. Go back and read their tweet, like I did, and give me your interpretation. I think these are two different things. A deal, to me would be an agreement with someone that is a hand shake, or signature that would signify something other than what was announced. I guess we will have to wait and see.
