Fantastic post Dragon Lady. Thank you for educating the general public about this scam. This scam has ensnared Dan Marino back in the day to Average Joe investors. BIOHEART!!!! The great pump and dump of 7/2008 was an epic p and d. I recall making $4k? It ran to $0.32. Lol. I sold early like I always do in the run up.

Mikey and KC lose the meal ticket when Dr Murphy dies. It literally could be any day with his body being 97yo. Dr M must finally have pulled the plug on the scam and stopped writing checks out of his checking account. I wonder how Mike will be able to support his lavish life style ? KC hubby makes money so she will be alright. It’s rumored that Mike and KC have been having an affair since 2010 I read on several message boards.

This 110% ends in Chapter 7. This Company is beyond worthless. Lol. It’s technology has no IP protection whatsoever. Lol. WORTHLESS. I wonder if Mike will go back to working in a call center answering phones or maybe work at used car dealer once he loses his benefactor Dr Murphy ? All trading in this scam is wash trading. Twenty accounts buying stock from one another back and forth.

Also, Comella laughed and boasted at some conference that the FDA OCI (that's the criminal investigative arm of the FDA- badges, guns, handcuffs) had paid her many visits. She laughed it off as if she's "free and clear" = dumb move beyond her already epic stupid moves !

OCI (like the FBI or similar) will never, ever, ever say you are "no longer under investigation", let alone discuss one iota of a open and on-going criminal investigation.

Comella even put the cards of the OCI investigators on screen (Agent Kejonin I remember was one, I think?) and openly laughed at them as fools, just as she wanton blew-off the FDA 483 warnings and then Formal Warning Letter and more.

Comella could face criminal charges as a very real possibility IMO - the OCI doesn't jack around chasing dead ends, they don't have the time or resources !
