They have Alciemide (Lagan) who has lined his pockets, we have Diamantis who kicked in 20 mill and that debt was converted to preferreds and one unnamed named investor for 29 million which 19? million was exchanged for preferred share and another 10 million option which was defaulted on.
Don't know what is happening I suspect they are blowing out all these preferred shares to recoup something or they have devised a reverse merger or the software spinoff. Whatever it is some one is setting off scanners on high volume and blowing out stock. Those of us who have been here will not recoup. 80k in June has been reduced to $80. I have owned 2% of the AS 3 times. This is done for any of us long term holders. Our 5 million in division should have been worth .0005 pre last RS and we all got phucked.
