It would do KK the best to bring his financials up-to-date so we can see how he values his company. From there he could offer His Fair Price for the Common Shares.

The $0.44 did not get most of us whales to budge; albeit, it looks like Houstonian might leave us. I believe most of us whales value the company more than $0.44 x 20,000,000. KK could have another legal battle to settle; with a low-ball offer.

I'm a Capitalist. The primary tenet of Capitalism is Win-Win situation. The person SELLING is happy with the transaction *AND* the BUYER is happy with the transaction.
