I entered into a Strategic Partnership with Starbucks when I bought my coffee this morning. I presented my terms/order, they agreed, money was exchanged, I signed the receipt, they served me coffee. Boom! Starbucks is now a Strategic Partner with IdiotsPenny. Government contracts here we come!!!1
