On April 7th (as according to Cytodyn's Press releases) it was announced, "...it is delivering leronlimab to a Philippine hospital to be administered to an additional 28 critically ill COVID-19 patients under a new CSP."
Assuming they administered the leronlimab immediately - The 7th would be "Day 1." Another subcutaneous injection was probably administered on "Day 8" which would have beent 14th of April. Whether a third injection was administered on day 15 (the 22nd of April) would probably be dependent upon the recipients' responses to the first two injections. The M-M CD10 suggested that many were in recovery by the end of the first two week (14 day) period.
Many of the CSP recipients are significantly beyond "Mild to Moderate" in the severity of their Covid, but while we have not heard any reports, it is reasonable to suspect some of those 28 CSP people are well on their way to recovery. Unfortunately, other "co-morbidities and drugs administered may have confounded the individual situations, but by now the leronlimab should be "doing its thing." (For most)
I would suspect the results are already generating some "buzz," but we'll have to wait a bit for the first glimmers to reach us. If events go properly there will be a lot more requests for CSPs.
