MORESO THAN A DUDE GETTING AN AMERITRADE OR SCWAB OR WHATEVER TO TRANSACT THAT 11M ORDER LIKE THAT IN 1 DAY

Even LESS LIKELY that the BUYER - (AND HOPEFULLY YOU AGREE THOSE SHARES WERE BOUGHT BY SOMEONE) WOULD WANT THIS CONVERTIBLE DEBT THERE IF SOMETHING COULD BE DONE TO REMOVE IT
