So boy, I'll explain to you why an RS is not likely here. The share structure is updated almost daily on the OTC website and if someone is planning an RS he will throw as many shares as possible on the market beforehand. The share structure says that there are only a fraction of the authorized shares on the market! So if an RS is planned at all, the stock will first be really pushed up and dilluted down, the first push a few weeks ago was not suitable for this, so the price will probably rise first and maybe, but just maybe, fall again afterwards!
