Naked shorting should be against the law but it has not been until now. Someone was pleading for the hedge funds saying they needed another six months to correct their bad habits! It's like you caught a drug dealer red handed and then allow him to sell illegal drugs for another six months because otherwise he'll be broke or starved to death! What kind of logic is that? :=)
