Curious to hear your theory.... not sure how long you been following RXMD - however many long RXMD investors such as Insta and myself know what the t-trades indicate; gotta read those tea leaves and the answer is fairly clear. Prior history, maturity date of convertible note and other factors in play are a strong indication its debt conversion.
