What is the benefit of going to 300:1 when you told shareholders you were shooting for $5 to $6

Just dont say anything at all

They put the expected spread out there thats enough

Just assuming they WANT 300:1 is a nothing burger with no cheese

SO how is that T Trade MORE LIKELY an investor loading up vs an investor who buys the shares from Iliad?

Its someone LOADING UP

They would be wise to not effect the SP with such a large order

A perfect seller is there for them

2 birds - debt reduction + loading up
1 stone - 11M share purchase

Yet its MORE PLAUSIBLE to just be a dude that got lucky and had a broker transact the perfect trade - with Iliad terms

Actually the RS guidelines were a requirement by RXMD lawyers based on either a CC or PR can’t remember which. At least that was the explanation provided, true or not.
