Is it safe to say Leronlimab is no longer considered saline?
The trials indicate that leronlimab is no more effective than saline. They had stat sig on 2 secondary endpoints in the CD10. With 60+ secondary endpoints, they should have had 3 secondary endpoints with a p value of .05 through randomness. Their CD12 has 24% efficacy on a 16% slice. I think it is safe to say that the treatment arm had a higher mortality than the placebo arm on the whole trial.
