go... I'm just very happy that I own shares in Relief and NOT NeuroRx. Relief owns the patents, and NeuroRx only has one leg to stand on. We just don't want this tied up in the courts for 12 months. I'm sure that GEM does not want that either, so I suspect we'll soon see a resolution of this matter.

I'd sure like to see the details of that Collaboration Agreement. It appears that one or more contract attorneys dropped the ball on a few necessary legally binding clauses. Hopefully a judge is not needed to resolve this.
