i am filing a report against cdel today. i actually attempted to buy shares at open on the ask, but they would not fill me at all. instead they lowered the bid and then didn't act on the order. they are shorting stock. this is not dilution. this is purely shorting. criminal. they must be trying to cover ahead of tomorrow.
