My personal opinion is, if you own ONYI shares (free trading)keep them because the deal is not authorized yet, and it could be cancelled or never go thru ! , second invest in USSE now while they are cheap in case the deal does go thru and you would increase your ONYI share structure ! either way you win IMO :)
