An interesting statement, suffering only from the minor flaw that it is completely wrong.

All SEC suspensions are for a period of up to 10 days.

There is literally no such thing as a SEC suspension for 30 days:

"The federal securities
laws generally allow the SEC to suspend trading in
any stock for up to ten business days."

Literally all OTC stocks suspended by the SEC go straight to the grey sheets when the ten days is up.

IMNPQ will be no exception.
