They still have valuable software & lab assets that were supposed to be part a tele-health merger with TPTW that recently feel apart at the last hour, they also filed the K they other week so are filing compliant & there is also a long standing 'intent' for CEO & partner to convert preferred into commons. Partner cleared 20+M debt for preferred.
Certainly not a pretty scene at all right now but hopefully they are finishing the conversions into the market turn & we get the sling shot with the turn on some positive catalysts
