There are 2,000 drugs being trialed. That means nothing. Leronlimab has a great safety profile so the FDA isn't concerned. Leronlimab's great safety is also its undoing. The drug basically does nothing. So great safety with zero efficacy. Most efficacious drugs have side effects because the drug is doing major things to the body.
