The SEC suspended this stock for the scam being run for a pump and dump. There is no such thing as a merger with a company being liquidated under Chapter 7 bankruptcy, period. They will not file a form 211, either, no need to since the company has been shut down.

The 8K's were fake, the setup of the scam. "Old" IMNPQ is the only IMNPQ the stock is tied to. The other company was just a bait and switch to sell stock. 8K's are not "confirmed as fact" by anyone. Whoever submitted those on behalf of the real company are likely to be investigated.
