Doubt it. He's not on LinkedIn and has zero internet presence apart from this shell in the UK. Same does for "Devin J. Shaw"

The SEC only has the power to suspend stocks for up to 10 days. As such all its suspensions are temporary.

But by doing so they ensure that any OTC stock suspended - such as IMNPQ - is automatically sent to the greys where nobody with any sense will trade it except to crystallise tax losees.
