Any attempt by me, or anyone else, to offer an opinion as to what is currently going on with this company would be pure speculation.

Inasmuch as I do not like to speculate, in a public forum, as to the current affairs of a publicly-traded company, I will decline to do so with regard to INCT.

WITH THAT SAID, 29 DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE INCT ALLEGEDLY FILED THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS WITH THE OTC IN AN EFFORT TO EFFECTUATE THE OTC'S UPLISTING OF INCT TO "CUURENT."

THE TRUTH IS THAT I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHATSOEVER WHAT IS GOING ON HERE.

NONETHELESS, FOR REASONS WHICH I CANNOT EXPLAIN (EVEN TO MYSELF), I AM CAUTIOUSLY OPTIMISTIC ABOUT INCT.
