Wrong Trader 59.. anyone here can check the Nevada SOS in Silverflume (what they use ) and see on April 12, 2021 that a Filing was done with ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION (FILING 20211379499) for IMNPQ.
The SEC didn't say it was fake just risky (or questionable) as no up to date info is available.It is coming out of Q so it is risky but no more than it was for 2 years. There is a reason they (merger company wants this. Others may not understand why as they don't know whats going on in the bankruptcy.
