Carjockey2 look this name up, I have been following this gentleman for years. He also talks about his little sister going through a medical issue of some sort. I believe $VITX went to Dubai to pay this gentleman a visit.

Saygin Yalcin.

He is from Germany, but lives in Dubai, and he is a billionaire. Knows a lot of Dubai's heirarchy and would be able to create interest if $VITX brought something of value to him.
