#674647 RE: Guido2 #674619

You really have to ask yourself though Guido, do they do half azz decision on this and set up for more litigation with potential to embarass and/or incriminate more government players? OR, do they put this to bed by evaluating the whole cluster fuk experiment of Congress and do as Robert-from-yahoo has been posting, throw the book at the government and clean this up so there is not 20 more years of suits, not to mention the business world, who you can bet is watching this, will they have any faith in government aid what so ever next time?

My gut says, if SCOTUS screws this up and does not rectify ALL the wrongs, the business community will not work with the government next time there is a financial crisis, and that crisis will make the past ones look like nothing compared to what this decisions far reaching implications could very well cause.

This last time with the virus emergency, Government already was turned down for help from numerous places because of this fiasco, no doubt. If that happens on a larger scale next time because of fear of dealing with the devil (government) businesses will take their chances and maybe many fail, then banks have a run on them, then God knows what. Dominos do fall!

The government is a pro at causing the law of unintended circumstances to always kick in and prove government actions as wrong well over 50% of the time, even more so now a days. So, will SCOTUS be prescient in their deductions and really fix this? I think and hope they do.
As always, jmho
