I’d have to put myself in their shoes. Owning preferred shares of a stock, you could easily dilute a little to pay for the Dubai trip. No need to report it. We don’t have to share our financials.

I wouldn't want news towards the end of the week, I wouldn't hope for it. News Monday through Wednesday is the best news. Thursdays are 50/50, and Fridays is more for the fluff. I'm hoping for news when the news is significant enough to cause an increase in S/P
