How do I know? It was right there as the Main Agenda Item for the Annual Shareholders' Meeting Proxy and they rammed the Share Count increase by 50%, that is FIFITY%! Not even Apple or TSLA Ever increased their SHare Counts by 50%, And those companies have highest growth rates in the Big Tech world! And Of course the Exec mgmt has been 'Self_gifting' Huge Tranches of Stock Options FREE, it's all right there in the SEC Filings. Go back and do your ow DD with the Filings...
