You would have to expect that they're working on rounds to fit all makes and models, especially those used by law enforcement.

Don't know about replacing all rounds with pepper but I can definitely see replacing the first or first two rounds with pepper. The ability to use a conventional weapon instead of a separate weapon makes life so much easier for the LEO. It's one less weapon to carry and one less concern about having to switch weapons if the situation changes quickly.
