I don't know if you guys remember this or even heard it before:

Any prediction at this point is just a guess: soon, pretty soon, very soon....but I certainly would like to see a date set for the ASM and read the Proxy for updated information since that might suggest a window.

At some point, the S-1 will be amended to reflect people no longer holding warrants and registered to sell stock...

Maybe Sushi might provide insight? Or not....
