I'm curious.. can you or anyone point to a specific post or posts wherein Mr. Mezey stated that investors should or ought to "sell" PRPM or other Vakser controlled/managed stocks? I'm not saying he hasn't but that I just don't recall offhand.

Like most readers here I learned that Mezey disclosed he had recently filed some sort of a "lien" against PRPM resulting from a failed partnership between them dating back roughly 8 years ago. The CEO has responded to the accusation publicly and insists Mezey's action is baseless, without merit and intended to cause harm.

Aside from that, I personally agree it's always best that parties resolve their business/financial conflicts in the courts and conduct any personal mud fight in private. But as it turns out, each has elected to level a flurry of accusations, insults and threats at the other in a public forum. Their actions have caused other readers get drawn in and to publicly take sides resulting in some of them also becoming targets by the two parties. That being the case, it's possible that both Mezey and Vakser could be accused of trying to recruit others to sway public opinion in their favor.

Lastly...

Fraud is defined as "wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain."

Wrongful is defined as an act that is "not fair, just, or legal."

IMO it could be argued that any untrue, baseless, overly exaggerated or speculative statement --be they positive (pumping) or negative (bashing)-- made by anyone in a public forum in order to unfairly enrich themselves might theoretically fall under that definition.

I didnt induce anything fyi. People panicked because of Vakser fraud and my lien which is state approved by the secretary of state of Florida. I have a very legitimate case. Even us attorney says so as well as sec.

I never induced sells. Fyi. I'm protected by "good faith" laws and clause as all I did was warn shareholders about the fraud in Eddie past and what he doing currently in a classic pump and dump scam. Also, since I'm deemed diminished capacity the us attorney says in writing they will not ever charge me again fyi. This was to my attorney while I was in feds wrongfully for 18 months. The feds will not mess with me either as they are afraid of my extended family who protect me who are former mafioso.fyi. I have immunity too. Good luck.
