While some understand it to be a simple form, we have a CEO who understands the importance of making sure nothing is overlooked and even takes the time too have counsel review the work to make sure its done correctly.

While we wait for the paperwork to get approval, the bigger question in my mind is, why reduce the AS/OS at this time?
A CEO would need to feel confident that the revenue model is about to change in a nice way.
