the entire otc is depressed right now. that will change on a dime though. qnta update about revenues and operations shows that the stock is definitely worth upwards of at least .50. they are growing revenues and only have 102 mil shares out. shameful for it to be sitting anywhere under .20. with more news coming, qnta is gonna hit .50-1.00 imo. today's news was just an appetizer. i am accumulating.
