If the SEC suspension of 15 tickers on February 25th 2021 wasnt enough of a warning shot across the bow to both company and the general public alike for exactly the same reasons as IMNP was suspended I dont know what to tell you.
It is very, very strange the SEC did what they did when they have 2 Form 8-ks filed within the last few days. Are they (SEC) after the company or after the MM's shorting this stock by suspending the company temporary and thus forcing the parties involved on the 8-Ks to come up and do what they say they were proposing to do? Were the 8-Ks what signaled the SEC to look as to what was going on..??
