The suspension order was issued or, it's dated as of Friday, no time shown... and comes out today.. !

Shocking. They even said all filing and process to remove will be done within 30days... they didnt even give them a week

There are currently about 6,000/7,000 OTC tickers(SEC and non SEC) just like IMNP that are grey/expert/pink no information. The SEC/FINRA and even the lowly OTC have issued fair warning to these companies and the general public that unless they become compliant with full disclosuer by September 28, 2021 they run the risk of being suspended.
IMNP isnt the first to be suspended this year and it certainly will not be the last one either.
Another thing to remember is that ticker would need to do three years of financials with 3 audited 10Ks. It is the busiest time of the year for auditors. The SEC isnt stupid, they know a newly hired auditor isnt going to get the IMNP 10Ks done in that time frame either.
