You forget its the company IMNP itself that is suspended not the management. The SEC doesnt care who the managers are. There is no valid excuse any company can offer up as to why the financials are delinquent when they are registered with the SEC. If someone else has taken over the company they should have known the SEC suspension risk was always on the table in the first place. IDIOTS!
