#338097 RE: Amrsto1000 #338096

Amrsto1000, ramping up speed is indeed a difficult one.

There is the available space problem, but I think someone posted that there is no problem for that when it comes to current Tustin buildings.

There is the location. Are they going to keep all installations at a same locations. One can see the advantages and disadvantages of that.

Since for the labs/manufacturing area's (including storage and cold storage, etc) they need only quite bare-bone infrastructure, are they thinking about maybe consolidating in an owned building. Owning your production in a CDMO business sounds like a good thing, giving the endless FDA certifications, approvals and controls. Offices are found quite easily and moving them is less a burden.

The interest on CDMOP that they do not have to pay out anymore and lower rent, could have a positive intact on our profits. And given the amount of energy that they will be pumping into cold storage a new building with solar provisions and/or a wind-mill if allow in can also low an important factor of their operating cost.

Then there is the relationship with all kind of vendors. Apparently reactors is not something anymore that they shake out of their sleeves.

Hiring 40 people means also that you are either extending shifts or have more equipment to operate and monitor.

So, ramping up is super, but there will be a lot of things to do. Then again, that is what they do, and according all rewards they got, what they do best.
