That's meaningless.

TA's have to keep them updated now to keep them from going dark, under the new Amendments to Rule 15c2-11.

The Amendment became effective Dec. 28, 2020, and compliance with the Amendment must generally be achieved within nine months of its effectiveness, or Sept. 28, 2021.

It's "dark or defunct" and just one step away from going gray market.

An updated turd is still a turd.
