I do not know what you are referring to, but these pages tell me that
the major items of discovery have not been given by Bass yet. it is
easy to see how damaging those requested documents will be (at least
potentially) and why Hayman / Bass would be fighting tooth and nail
to not disclose them in discovery. good thing that they do not get
the last say in the matter.
