XRP needs to force SEC to put regulations in place. DOGE may force the SEC to do so from what I heard. XRP should not allow the dismissal of their case till those regulations are in place.
I think before the SEC lets Ripple win they’ll try to make a settlement happen in order to save face. I pray they get exposed as much as possible. This whole thing stinks to high heaven as now the former SEC Director who led Ripple action lands new role at Ethereum law firm.
