I have been Googling Joshua Haupt's name since he was removed from the SHWZ website. A few weeks ago I came across the Haupt like of the comment on LinkedIn, where Alex Gutierrez vented with regard to the failed Medpharm acquisition. I totally agree that Alex was directing his ire at Justin Dye.

So I wondered if there was any rift between Haupt & Dye. Justin wanted accretive deals and apparently JD did not like the Medpharm numbers. I hope whatever differences they may have had has been resolved with the understanding that the numbers need to work when striking a deal.
