Also at quick glance, IPSI has like sixty something shareholders, i think they need a couple thousand or so to meet requirements. Theres probably a number of other things any one of us can pick apart about this initial S-1 filing, that could easily spook folks. Ie: the “proposed maximum offering price per share — @ .089” that doesnt mean IPSI is uplisting at an opening of .089 anytime soon lol, thats SEC registration fee language. Weve got months to go with this, and an amended S-1 will probably ensue.
No need to fret at all. This is a step in the right direction. Just one step tho, theres a few more to go.
