Says they closed the transaction...I just assume that means Direct Solar now owns Standard Eco.

Any revenue from standard Eco via Direct Solar would be reflected in the 10-k, but not itemized.

Direct Solar generated revenues to Singlepoint in the amount of $2.6 mil in 2020 versus 2.1 mil in 2019 (annuallized).

I expect that to be 5x in 2021.
